NC RESIDENCY CERTIFICATION NUMBER

To be billed “In-State” rather than “Out-of-state Tuition” at your college, you will need your Residency Certification Number (RCN). Visit the link below and complete the process to receive your RCN. You will then provide this number to colleges as a part of the application process. This can be completed before, during, or after submitting the college application.
